A little bit about me...

Maureen Clark has lived and worked in the southeast region of Denver for most of her life and understands the complexities of the micro-markets comprising metro-Denver and its suburbs. She has helped hundreds of clients navigate the intricacies of buying and selling homes in a way that makes them feel comfortable and gives them positive results. Clients like working with Maureen because she successfully fulfills the many roles needed in a real estate broker today; counselor, educator, administrator and negotiator. A graduate of Smoky Hill High School, Maureen majored in Marketing and Business at the University of Northern Colorado. The Denver real estate market of the late 1980s was rough, and while there seemed to be more brokers than clients Maureen continued to thrive during a time when many brokers left the industry. " With several years of real estate experience in the Denver area, I've witnessed both boom & bust markets from the '80's through our most recent economic challenges," Maureen explains. "I take pride in my ability to represent my clients' interests through a variety of market influences and am not intimidated by complicated transactions." Maureen gracefully and compassionately guides her clients through not only preliminary meetings and negotiations, but also through the tearful goodbyes. She understands the emotions that can be linked with a move, and that change for families is rarely easy. Aurora, Englewood, Castle Pines, Greenwood Village, Littleton, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Castle Rock and Parker are all areas Maureen is current with and frequents, passing along the newest information to her clients. Maureen is in-tune with of the comings and goings of homes, businesses and community offerings and uses this along with her company resources to keep her clients informed. Many clients know the type of home they would like, but identifying the exact area for that home can be tricky depending on schools, activities, sports and proximity to work or transportation requirements. Maureen's first-hand knowledge and broad access to contacts in the area allows her to act as a resource for the hard to find information her clients need to make their housing decisions. While much of Maureen's business is now comprised of former satisfied clients looking to upgrade, downsize or move closer to work, she does receive many new clients from referrals and is always thrilled to work with a new client. Her in-depth knowledge of LIV Sotheby's extensive resources provides her with the tools to achieve optimal results and service, and that's why her clients are comfortable referring her to their friends. Her love of the area and finding great matches for her clients gives them a superb broker who is qualified to work all facets of the business.
